The Patek Philippe World Time (ref. 5110G-001) revived the maison’s universal-time complication in 2000 after a 35-year hiatus, re-establishing a feature once synonymous with the brand’s mid-century identity. Encased in white gold and distinguished by a silver guilloché dial, the 5110G blends classic form with high-functioning global utility.

The 37mm case is framed by signature winglet-style lugs and houses a multi-scale dial where the inner 24-hour rotating ring aligns with the outer city disc. At its heart is the ultra-thin automatic calibre 240 HU, equipped with a micro-rotor and providing up to 48 hours of power reserve. The pushpiece at 10 o’clock allows for hour and city adjustment in unison – a defining feature of Patek’s World Time design. Water-resistance is rated at 30m.
