The Patek Philippe Complications (ref. 5275P-001) was introduced in 2014 as part of the maison’s commemorative collection marking its 175th anniversary. Crafted in a striking 39.8mm x 47.4mm cushion-shaped platinum case, this rare reference blends contemporary complexity with heritage flourishes, notably its richly engraved silvery opaline dial and art deco-inspired geometry. Production was strictly limited to 175 pieces worldwide.

Beneath the sculpted dial lies a proprietary manually wound calibre featuring a trio of jumping indications – hours, minutes, and seconds – alongside a patented chiming mechanism that strikes the hour automatically. Protected behind sapphire crystal, the movement architecture accommodates this unprecedented combination while maintaining an elegant case height of 11.78mm. The watch is fitted with a 22mm lug width and engraved with the Patek Philippe hallmark at 6 o’clock on the caseband.
